Maria Nikitina – partner
Maria acquired extensive experience in various fields of HR Management. She possesses in-depth knowledge of multicultural environment and good understanding of all roles and functions within a multinational business organisation. She has broad expertise in talent evaluation, acquisition and retention. Before launching her career in Executive Search, Maria held the position of HR Manager in well-known distributor of building materials. Afterwards she was the head of recruiting department in large mobile phone retailer.
Maria has significant experience of international executive search in CIS and Western Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany).
Maria acquired a higher university degree in Engineering. She speaks fluently Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, English and German.

Hanna Matviychuk – partner
Hanna received her major professional expertise in the area of Heavy Industry. Her current client portfolio includes large industrial holdings and engineering firms.
Hanna has been working in recruitment business for over 8 years. She started her career as researcher, than recruiter and consultant in leading executive search company, located in Kyiv, Ukraine. Prior to joining SHARK Executive Search, she headed the HR department of telecommunication holding. She completed a number of successful assignments for globally-known as well as major Ukrainian companies.
Hanna has a master’s degree in Psychology and Finance.
She speaks Ukrainian, Polish and English.

Alexander Platovskyj – consultant
Alexander joined SHARK Executive Search in 2008. He is specialised in executive search and talent acquisition for financial, insurance and law companies. His area of expertise includes senior management positions in consumer and corporate banking, investment banking as well as asset management/private banking. Before joining SHARK Executive Search Alexander was an Associate with well-known international Law firm. Prior he occupied various positions in legal department with international bank in Kyiv. He holds degree in Law from the Moscow State University and from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. Alexander speaks in Ukrainian, Russian, English and some Italian.

Valeria Shachmanovich – consultant
Valeria has been in the executive search business since 2006. She has gained experience working in various economic sectors with multinational and leading Russian, Ukrainian and Polish companies. Valeria has conducted many successful assignments for C level executives and Board-members throughout the CIS. Valeria received her education in Krakow University in Poland, majors in Economics. Valeria communicates in Polish, Russian and English.

Nadia Foster – consultant
Nadia joined us in 2008. She specialises on talent acquisition of engineering specialists, who have rare qualification and of technologists for production companies in various economic sectors.
Nadia obtains masters degree in nuclear physics and in Finance. Before joining SHARK Executive Search she worked as ERP implementation consultant.
