Executive Search is a complex of services that includes the following components:

Needs analysis and establishing a search strategy:The first step towards the successful project implementation is a detailed analysis of the position and tasks of a future employee, as well as of the culture and style of the Client Company management. The Consultant works out recommendations that contain general data on the market situation in the field and with competing companies. Based on this information, in cooperation with a representative from the Client, we develop a search strategy.
This stage is concluded with signing a written agreement on the performance of work and its cost, containing the description of the vacancy and requirements to the applicant, strategies of the search.

Market research:
At this point we analyze the market and make a “Search Map” – a list of companies where you can find employees with the needed competences and experience. The Consultant carries out a market research in order to find the most successful companies working in the same field.

Preliminary applicant selection:At this stage we select potential applicants, carry out a preliminary study of the successful project performance by the “potential” applicants;
After the market research the Consultant makes up a “Long List” of applicants who match the requirements of the vacancy most closely. For this we need to make about 50 telephone calls. If these calls show mutual interest of the potential applicant and the consultant, we set up an interview. If the mutual interest is preserved after the interview we do the preliminary check of the references with people whose professionalism we trust.

Interviews:
We select the best applicants from the ones we have had interviews with, and compile a “Short List”. Then we arrange meetings of the applicants with the Client’s representative. In the “Applicant’s Profile”, which is submitted together with the applicants’ resumes, we clarify why this applicant complies with the Client’s requirements.
After the interview with the Client’s representative we help both sides to take the right decision. After that we move to the last stage of the cooperation – introduction into the company.

Introduction into the company:Together with the Client Company’s representative we analyze the interviews taken. After taking the final decision as to the final selection we check the references and assist the parties in reaching the mutually acceptable agreement. After setting the date for the new employee’s start the consultant oversees the process of employment and adaptation in the new position.
